We want to ask questions few seem to be asking….

Why can’t a client know where their project is on a daily basis or even live? Why are contracts used as weapons instead of tools? Why are homes still being built with minimum safety precautions? Is profit so important and being cheap so necessary that we as a society do not wish to provide protection for the hard working craftsmen and women that give us a place to live? Why are trade crafts not treated like real employees? Why are real-time schedules not shared and available for all to see? Why are the psychological challenges of construction not addressed with the same fervor as the physical challenges we face? Why are technologies used in Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction not available for the small builders that work just as hard to create the products that we love and cherish. Is an office really more important than a home? How can we be an asset to our clients instead of how can we reduce their assets?

We strive to be the leading edge, the rebels, the misfits and the crazy ones who will do something new. We want to continually be shaping and reshaping our process for better and better effectiveness. We are looking to create the future of construction by striving to answer these questions and many more. We may not win on every front, but our goal isn’t to be perfect. Its to be the best and we can’t be that without eliminating our fears of failure. Those failures are the ones that teach us the most valuable lessons in life.

We focus heavily on training our employees and self-performing as much of our scope as possible in order to maintain control over our deliverables. We use the same processes like AWP, Quality Control Procedures, Safety Inspections, Behavior Based Safety Metrics, and Project Controls Processes that are common in the Heavy Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction industries.

We believe in a collaborative culture and strive to build this through training and a strong emphasis on communication and education with our teams and our clients.
